Return and Refund
Terms and Conditions
I strive to provide enough information about my products so that my clients know exactly what they are purchasing. If the merchandise is defective, I will exchange it for the same product if the original defective product is returned to me within 30 days of purchase and less than 20% of the product has been used. Unfortunately and without exception, I cannot accept any returns on opened skin care products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product’s use).
Products may be returned if unused and sealed in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. When items are purchased as a set, I can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds are given. Return your package via an insured, prepaid shipping method (I recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip or invoice number and note the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Gift cards, gift certificates, and pre-paid services do not expire when paid for. I do apply an automatic 3 month expiration policy on donations to non-profit organizations and/or gifts. Gift cards, gift certificates, and pre-paid services are not redeemable in cash. I am happy to split and/or transfer a credit/gift certificate/card if requested by you in writing.
Changes cannot be made to your online order while it is in progress. If you have an urgent request or find an error in your order confirmation, please contact our online client service email@example.com It may take a few days for me to reply to your e-mail while I investigate your inquiry.

Order Processing Errors
Occasionally, I may have technical issues that will affect your order processing. If I discover that there has been a problem processing your order, I will contact you via email to explain and rectify the problem. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience that an unprocessed order might cause.
To ensure timely and safe delivery, our products are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed. Your orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM PST, except on holidays. Please note that I currently ship online orders to the United States only.
All products available while supplies last. Though I update my inventory and site regularly, occasionally items may be on backorder. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience a backorder may cause. I will contact you via email to inform you if an item’s delivery will be delayed or if an item is no longer available.
